Activated Alumina granules 0.3 to 1.5 mm and balls made from1 to 3, 2 to 5, 5 to 8 mm for drier & purification processes are made. These are used as catalysts also. Also Bed support balls and alumina ceramic tower packing bushings & Rings to Customer specifications & drawings /Samples.

Present spare capacity is only 20000 kgs. per month.

Ceramic multi hole plates for Heaters are made as per Customer drawings & samples from 80 mm dia to 200 mm dia. Other sizes can be made to Customer application. These are useful in making big diameter heaters as also heater holders. Ceramic / Porcelain heater base plates also made as per drawings / samples. These are made from Cordierite Refractory C 511.

Cordierite refractory C 511 8 or 12 open slot Bobbins for heaters are made in 25, 31, 36, 46, 47, 54 & 57 mm dia. The top / bottom matching insulators are also supplied. These cordierite bobbins are useful for making extended length electric heaters.

Cordierite refractory grade C 511 single hole tubes are made to customer drawings & specifications from 20 mm dia. to 50 mm dia. upto 300 mm long. These are used for heaters & resistors. Present supply to many Countries to Heater manufacturers.
